Long-Course Pedestrian Pathways "Rapid and (ultra) lightweight progression strategies

On the "World Day of Physical Activity" the Infarmed Club and the "Six Apparitions, Six Pilgrimages" Project organized a training for hikers and all those who are preparing the pilgrimages of the Centenary.

The speaker was the well-known author and trainer Pedro Cuiça, author of the Walk and Trekking Manual "Step by Step".
With the collaboration of the speaker Pedro Cuiça, who generously offered the value of the Workshop, a 100 Euros donation was made to the Coz Pilgrims' Shelter, within the ambit of the Pilgrims Shelter Project of the Association of Friends of the ways of Fatima (Associação de Amigos dos Caminhos de Fátima) .

The donation was given to the President of AACF, who attended the Workshop.

Objectives of the training action: to approach and experience various options, techniques, methodologies and strategies to be implemented by hikers who wish to initiate or improve their performance in long-haul routes, by increasing their efficiency in the speed of progression , In particular by significantly reducing the weight of the equipment to be transported, without prejudice to the needs to be met. Ideal for those who dedicate themselves or intend to undertake Great Routes, pilgrimage routes or other journeys of several days.

Thank you all.
